Pesto Recipe (from our good friend Anna)
1 c fresh basil leaves
2-3 garlic cloves
1/4 c walnuts
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c olive oil
Combine ingredients in food processor or blender and enjoy whichever way you like.
“Green” egg on Toast
Spread pesto on bread slices and pop into the over broiler until golden on top. (Careful! It doesn’t take long.) Meanwhile, fry your egg over-medium (or however you choose). Top your pesto-toast with the gooey fried egg for a yummy, savory breakfast.
