4 tomatoes, quartered
1/2 green pepper, seeded and cubed
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped (I used raw summer squash instead)
2 sprigs cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c cold water
2 T vinegar of your choice (I used red wine vinegar)
2 T olive oil
1 T salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
Blend in food processor. Chill for one hour before serving.
